What are some jobs/careers with early starts and finishes ?

For example a baker usually starts around 3 or 4 in the morning and would be finished by around lunch time

* Various shop owners/workers who have the early shift

* Software developer living on the West Coast working with people on the East Coast.  (pretty much any corporate job with this arrangement)

* Police officer (on right shift)

* Independent contractors who make their own hours.
