Can you hide events you make on Outlook Calendar?

I had to make a daily reoccurring reminder for one of my employees using Outlook Calendar. Because I created it, it also shows up on my calendar. Is there a way for me to hide it on my calendar?

Not if you created it.  Fix the issue with your employee not doing their work and not having the skills to manage their own calendar and this won't be an issue.
