What old TV sitcoms have "stood the test of time?" And what makes a show age well?

The other day, I happened to see an episodes of "Green Acres," and "Car 54 Where Are You?"  And they were both still funny, even though Green Acres went "off the air" 50 years ago, and "Car 54" debuted 60 years ago this September.

I also have co-workers who love "Seinfeld" that weren't even born when it was in it's first run.
