Dream interpretation of a dead child ? ?

Today I dreamt that I was sitting in a car on the highway with one of my children in the backseat; n I looked back n I c a small child that looks just like my other child wrapped in a large yellow  foam mattress topper laying down across the seats dead with blood all over his face. And I start asking where’s my other bby which looked like this dead one; and everyone seems calm. I keep asking to which  the driver answers he’s at home w the bby sitter. Any idea of what this dream could mean??

Anxiety dream. Reflects apprehension about leaving your child with a babysitter. Perhaps you don't fully trust your present babysitter to keep your children safe.
