Is it cringy to post this on Instagram?

It's for my boyfriend's birthday and our 1.5 year anniversary. I thought a picture and just a brief caption would be nice. Nothing too long or embarrassing. :)

Wishing a partner a happy birthday is okay if he's also a social media user and isn't a super private person. But unmarried people don't have an "anniversary" and even married people don't celebrate half years. So leave that part out and just wish him a happy birthday.

Yes, it's cringey, bcuz there's no such thing as an 18-month anniversary. It shows you're counting or keeping track of some imaginary timeline, which would make me wonder "why."
