Life insurance pays for people that die from HIV as long as they declared it when they signed up for their life insurance if the person catches it after they get the life insurance and two years has gone by life insurance pays

It depends on the policy and whether it pays if you have a potentially fatal illness when you buy it. If you get HIV and later AIDS after you bought it, it would be the same as if you contracted COVID or developed cancer.
There are medications that keep HIV from turning into AIDS; people live decades with HIV, even die of other causes, without getting AIDS. I have an acquaintance who's been HIV positive for nearly 30 years.
While life insurers may charge higher rates based on a medical exam or on your answers to health and lifestyle questions, they will never inquire how the insured contracted a particular illness or condition.

You only die of HIV/AIDS now because you are poor and can't get a job with a health plan. Truvada has been out since 1999. If you take Truvada, a thousand guys can bang you a day and you won't get HIV.
