Working With Evaluate and Graph Log Functions?

The graph of f(x) = log_4(x) would go through (1,0) and would have a vertical asymptote along the y-axis.  So apparently the graph has been translated 3 units to the left and 2 units upward.

f(x) = log_4(x + 3) + 2.
