Am I a bad person for keeping this a secret?

Back in 2011, when my brother was 15, he told me hes been having sex with his friends gf, but that he felt terrible,, and stopped. I didnt tell his friend since they stopped,, and they arent even dating anymore, but should i tell his griend this, or not?
