Does anybody have a recipe for meal replacement powder?

I'm considering having a meal replacement drink for lunch and supper when I can't get food during work and had considered meal replacement powders that mix with a cup of milk, like slimfast or ensure. But they are so expensive and if you want something other than chocolate flavor, you can't seem to get the powder, only liquid versions,  which are even more expensive. I thought of maybe just making and mixing my own fruit and veggie powders and then mixing those with milk, but I don't know if that is actually possible,  if it would taste any good or if I have to add anything else, like whey or protein powder too? When I tried googling it, all I came up with were meal replacement shake recipes that I need a kitchen and blender etc on hand, if I had access to that stuff, I wouldn't need a meal replacement shake in the first place
