A president doesn't have that kind of authority. Although, as a result of Trump's upcoming impeachment trial, Congress might be able to prevent Trump from ever again being in any way involved with American politics.

      But, what Biden and the Democratic controlled Congress should do is pass legislation restricting cable and internet wannabe "news" organizations to being fact based in their reporting so that "alternative facts" and conspiracy theory bull**** have less opportunity of being misconstrued as credible.

      After four long years of constant, continuous lying and debunked and inane conspiracy theories, truth needs to be stressed and made mandatory in reporting ... It has to be made easier for We The People to discern fact from fiction ... especially during elections.

That said, of the offensive pile of orange manure impeachment is voted by the senate, he would have lost the right to run for any kind of elected position for the rest of his life.

And that is assuming that his trial for treason, sedition, tax evasion, influence peddling, collusion among others lead him to a prison term that is not life without parole.
