Is it possible to have two Internet providers (carriers) at one place?

I am using AT&T but wish to change to Comcast. But to test which one is better, is it possible to have two Internet providers (carriers) at one place?

In most cases, yes. Comcast would typically come through the cable (like for the TV) and ATT would be on the phone line. So both could certainly operate together in one house. But if you operate both as wifi systems at the same time you will get interference and degrade the quality of both, so turn one off, or better, use ethernet to hardwire to the modem to test speeds (if that is how you are measuring "better")

You can have any number of providers in one place.

It would, however, require either separate computers for each

or reconnecting things every time you wanted to go from one to the other.
