I just ate a large can of meatball spagetti-o's. So good. What are some reasons not to have this for dinner everyday :-/?

It just depends on what level of health you want to create. If you want to end up like the average American with your health breaking down in your 60s, 50s or even 40s, then by all means eat your meals from canned foods. But if you want to prevent chronic disease and have good energy throughout your life, you'd better consider cooking most of your meals from scratch out of whole, unprocessed foods.
