My female African dwarf frog isn't moving much and she is somewhat bloated too? Should I be worried? She isn't dead just worries me some ?

The place circled is a little red spot I noticed on her last night. She has been fine tho until this morning I noticed her just kinda floating around not at the top of the tank but like in the middle. I have a male frog too he is fine but they have been mating some and she seems bloated too what could be wrong? They also live with 2 glo fish as well.
