Does you also get depressing feelings around late afternoon?
Update:
I already take herbal tea in morning n coffee around mid-day with snacks. And green tea later afternoon. ☕🍵🍶

Could be low blood sugar putting you into the "dumps". I'd try a full power coffee, tea or caffeinated cola with a small snack. Try it for a couple of weeks and see what happens.

It's just a feeling I also get sometimes may be due to loneliness.
