Is my aunt rude to dislike my Mom because she dislikes my Mom's friend Lisa or is this not rude?

Your mom needs to tell her that she (your mom) can be friends with whomever she likes.

Only your Aunt can know why she dislikes your Mom's friend and she has chosen to to dislike your Mom by association. You may not agree with or understand your Aunt's choice, but this doe not negate its significance in her decision-making process.  Your Aunt is choosing not to make a distinction between her relationship with your Mom and your Mom's friendship with Lisa.
