What do i do if someone else keeps getting my stimulus checks?

Question

I'm on SSI and someone else keeps getting my stimulus money.  I do get the SSI.  I can't figure out what to do about it.  No lawyer ever responds to me and the IRS is impossible to get a hold of.

They've been cashed.

Update 2:

There's nothing to send back.  Ask who?  Where?  How?

Update 3:

I do have direct deposit for my SSI.  Cops are not going to help.

I don't have family.  My neighbors are not trustworthy people.

Did you try local police? Why don't you have direct deposit? It only takes a few minutes & that will end the problem. SSI & Stimulus checks are very easy to cash. It's one of your neighbors or family.

About the only number that actually works with the internal revenue service is to report the tax fraud that includes stimulus fraud call the number and report fraud

Well you can't cash since it's in someone else's name, so just send it back and ask when you get yours.
