Am I sick?

A week ago I felt something breaking inside my right ear and got kinda dizzy, then I did about 80 push ups and I think I got really dizzy and woke up fine the next day, but with a bleeding in my right ear, washed the blood and was fine, but noticed a minor hearing loss when compared with my left ear. Today I felt something breaking in my left, I'm not as dizzy as last time right now tho. Both times after drinking monster energy, is it related? Am I sick?
