Why I can't received my order!?

I have ordered from korea, I has tracked in ems tracking but from 6,Jan,2021 always show Arrived at post office- PHZONE7, what's happened with my goods, and if I go to post office I will take my order?

Your order is still being processed by the post office.  You can't go to pick it up.  It has to go through the normal shipping process.  Just wait a few more days and your package should arrive at your home.
