Wordpress dropdown list?

I am trying to build my wordpress website. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make a simple dropdown list that will go to pages on my website. The attached photo is a random example, but it's the exact set up I need. I just need a compressed dropdown list that people can scroll on. I tried to put it under menu with sub categories but no scroll option shows up, it's just 1 long list. I have searched the internet high and low, plus youtube and no one seems to have any info or a video on it.

This is done from the Menu settings. Move the page for each dog under a higher page. That will cause them to appear in a dropdown list.
