Why do people believe global warming is real?

There is no proof the warming has happened or the planet has ever warmed there was Noah's flood that's it, and in the Bible it says it was caused by God not the pollution

The proof is plentiful, hiding-behind "anonymous."  I recommend you do better research, and try very hard to pry open your way-too-narrowed mind so Truth has some "room at the inn".  The Buy-Bull (Bible taken literally) is not the best source of information, and the United States is not a one-religion-only nation, so putting your fundamentalist version of "religion" in the mix is not constructive.

Go back to an Alzheimer's-afflicted Reagan era when clear-cutting of our nation's forests was causing what is called "the Greenhouse Effect"---a thinning of our protective ozone layer, trapping poisonous (to humans) gases in our atmosphere. In case you haven't studied the science behind our OZONE LAYER, you should know that this layer protects life forms (like humans) from the deadly radiation of the sun.  Our satellites showed huge holes in the ozone layer and massive thinning, and our cancer cases rose alarmingly.  Yes, there IS PROOF of global warming.  Putting your head in the sand is not going to fix it.  As the oceans grow warmer, hurricane forces become more violent and do more damage, since a cooler ocean slows these storms before they make landfall.
