Can i eat whatever i want as long as i’m in a caloric deficit?
like can I eat snacks and like unhealthy foods just as long as I’m in a caloric deficit, and still lose weight? does it work that way? also how do i curb cravings and overeating

Yes, but do keep in mind that if you eat alot of carbs or sodium that you will experience bloating and water retention, causing a temporary increase on the scale.
In my personal experience, the best way to curb cravings is letting yourself indulge a little. Having a small piece of chocolate here and there won't harm anything as long as you're still below your calorie limit.

Yes. Eat meat and fat and as few carbohydrates as possible. I do and I have no cravings. People do not overeat meat and fat. People overeat cookies, chips, candy, ice cream, French fries, bread, pasta, etc. My BMI is 22.
