Why Gregory Mannarino keeps saying that the debt market will crash before the stock market will. and not to worry until you see that happen?

what the 10 year yield would do if the "debt market crashed"? was it doing that in Sep . 2019 before the Federal Reserve stepped in? like what was the 10 year yeild at on Sep. 17 2019 when that happened? what think of Mr. Mannarino's hypothesiss? why the crash would not  start in the stock market first?
