physics help?

A hockey puck has a mass of 0.130 kg and is at rest. A hockey player makes a shot, exerting a constant force of 30.5 N on the puck for 0.16 s. With what speed does it head toward the goal?

    Impulse = ΔP = F•Δt = 30.5•0.16 = 4.88 kg•m/s

    momentum = mass x velocity

    v = P/m = 4.88/0.13 = 37.5 m/s

    Impulse (N•s or kg•m/s) is change in momentum, ΔP

    Force = ΔP/Δt

    Impulse dP = ∫ F dt
