How to convince my sister's boyfriend to let me have a phone?

I live with my sister and her boyfriend. It's her boyfriend's house. Her boyfriend won't let me have a phone after I made fake accounts online.

How old are you ?   If he is acting as a father figure, I guess you should learn not to make fake accounts.  Learn to abide by the rules.
