Why is the economy doing better under Biden?

Trump made the economy look better by giving tax breaks to the rich, who bought back stock, inflating the Dow without increasing the value of the companies. As a matter of fact, the GDP went down. Then, by lying to the public instead of acting to wipe out COVID-19 in the US, he insured that everybody lost money. As soon as we dumped Trump, we felt hope for the future and that is reflected in the Dow. If Biden can continue to correct 

Trump's foul-ups [You know what I wanted to say.], the Dow will continue to rise, as will the GDP and employment.
