On Facebook profiles do women like to edit the quality of there main profile picture before hand to make there photo look as presentable as possible?

They do not like how they look. They are looking at others online who look good and are embarrassed to look how they do. So a good photo gets a lot of likes which gets them a lot of attention which makes them feel happy
