I liked Emergency! when it was on the air, back in the 70's.  It was a combination firefighter/rescue paramedic/hospital drama.  Used to watch it everyday after school.  The show inspired many kids to want to be firemen or doctors/nurses, and was inspirational in creating the paramedic programs we have today.
