Results may vary considerably depending on the depth of the sewer and whether it is an abandoned sewer or an active sewer. You could break a leg, you would probably get wet, and their is the possibility of H2S gas. If there is H2S gas, you could die from asphyxiation. It could also be oxygen deficient. This does not include the possibility of being stuck by a discarded needle, or contracting some disease. I'd look for another thrilling activity to pursue.

you'd probably injure yourself, possibly quite seriously. many of these are dry much of the time and eight to ten feet deep to a concrete floor.

You hope someone saw you and called 911, because you WILL be injured when you land.
