The characters are conjoined twins who are, for lack of a better word, tramp and work at a tavern where they get manipulated by the Shadow Demons into being their servant 

I need slurs that the townspeople can call them regarding their physical appearance

All I can think of is some hilariously dumb ones. Lol. Split twits, double dogs or douches, stuck sluts, two headed pig(or other insulting animal). Hope you can at least run your own ideas off of that. Lol
