How much should I pay an attorney to prepare a LLC to flip houses?

    Check with your state's corporation website.  Many you can do yourself.

    Many places have a standard form that anyone who can read can probably fill out and file successfully.  Yes, if you do not have a lawyer then you have nobody to blame but yourself...

    They give you a Bill, you don't negotiate. You should shop around.

    You pay the attorney what their normal office rates are.  Ask the attorney.  Use a phone.
