I woke up with a strange symbol on my skin..its not a marker or some kind of paint since that I can't clean it. What could it be?

Consult a dermatologist. It seems like a skin issue. It doesn't seem to be a bruising. Sometimes a dark bruise mark shows up out of nowhere. It would only be a sign of some underlying issue.
