My Pc Is Running Slow When I Upgraded From 8.1 to 10 I Started To Watch Youtube Videos To Speed Up My Pc But None Of Them Worked My Pc Is A Toshibe c40-B Laptop

The only thing I can think of is to run a disk defragmenter.  Upgrading from one OS to another will create a lot of fragments that would slow down the loading of the files.

This is a low-end 7-year-old machine so there probably isn't much else you can do.

Replace it with a better one.

Get 8.1 back forget 10 and use Opera to browse.
