You do have some bulging discs at C5-6 and C6-7. They touch the spinal cord, but there seems to be plenty of room in the canal. No signal change is seen in the cord. 

Of course, all the images are not seen, so one cannot determine the significance of this without a full evaluation. Most importantly would include a history and detailed physical exam.
