Are managers afraid of Union?

After working 5 years in customer service, i realized one major factor. Every manager tries to be tough with Employees but as soon as Employ calls union for help, manager backs out.

Yes.  It drives employee wages up to unprofitable levels.  That's why they bombard you with anti-labor union propaganda right before you graduate from high school or college and shuffle you down the anti-labor union pipeline when you get into the workforce.
