Did Switzerland or Sweden accept draft dodgers during ww2?

    They accepted anyone with enough money.

    No. And why would they both countries had conscription during WWII and currently have a draft.

    NO. THERE WAS NO FORMAL IMMIGRATION ACCEPTED in either of those countries. Sweden took refugees from war-torn areas in Norway and Finland. Only refugees under personal threat owing to their political activities were allowd into Switzerland and only about 250 were accepted. Draft-dodgers were neither refugees or political activists.
