cut out all artificial colors , flavors , and preservatives .

To keep working on bettering yourself and trying and growing stronger and not complaing. I always think to myself that if people would take that time they use ti complain with.. And used it to better themselves. I wonder if their life would be going any better. Not talking about you but judt people in general. Are like wired that way to be like negative and pessimkstic somtiems and thats not gling to help anything. Life is hard for everyone.
