Your discharge changes - it's usually clear / sticky - you might also get ovulation cramps. Best to get some sort of period tracker app and really log everything, it's usually pretty spot on with calculating when you're ovulating

Body temperature changes slightly at ovulation.  Load an app which tells you what it needs to track.
