Weird question but I’m curious?

So when stranger drive there cars I see them and they out there head down just to stare at me I noticed this few people keep doing it. I mean I don’t mind if they stare at but ehh would they put move there head downwards to stare?

They may have been daydreaming or something. That’s weird just staring at people and it really makes the other person uncomfortable I’m sure.

It is most likely because of 5G and it's mind control.
