Why do vegans try to force others to be vegan?

We don't force them to eat meat so why are they forcing us to eat only plants? if i want to eat animals that's what I'm gonna do. you can't tell people what they can and can't eat.

I've never tried to force anyone

 Though eating plant based is the most healthy way and I can prove it. If people wanna continue to eat processed meats, refined salt/sugar, and other junk food, then let them. I'm only open to talking about the plant based topic with those who wanna make this great transition and are willing to listen
