Like is this some form of manipulative stuff or something? She's been mentally unstable lately. One day she's happy and sweet and the next she yells at me and at everyone. I love her and I'd want to help her but what should I think of what she said to me?

She is most likely dealing with stuff at the moment, you should talk to her. that way you know how to help her.

You've given no indication that you've even attempted to figure out why she feels that way. Why the hell are you asking us? You should be asking her. Personally I'd just tell her ok.
