Are people with hoarding disorder able to dispose of their feces, urine or other bodily waste?

Those are technically possessions in the form of digested food or drinks.

Many people hoard different things. I have family who are hoarders. Both were shopping hoarding meaning they buy things just because they are on sale and many times it is things they don't need. For example, they may buy a lot of baby items that are on clearance even if they don't have a baby in their life. Or they may buy a lot of pet food and not have a pet.
