Have you benefitted a lot from doing HIIT?

    I've had HIIT workouts be part of my overall fitness program, and yes they were good calorie burning workouts.

    I started getting abs for the first time in my life but to be fair I was doing Hiit, martial arts, bootcamp and yoga in routine at my rock climbing gym. I took the gym class everyday and started eating 2 blocks of tofu for lunch and a boiled chicken for dinner and steamed eggs in the mornings.

    Make sure you get your nutrition in pre and post work out. Stetch and foam roll so you can recover fast enough to be active everyday.

    I like it. It kind of feels like dancing.
