Did the congress ever once get a voice in this Paris Accord that probably concerns the People more than any single issue? This OR last time?

No, Congress or the people will not be getting any say in anything for the next four years or beyond!

No. It's not a treaty. Each member country sets its own goals & achievement. And, none are held accountable if they don't reach goals.

The Paris accord was presented to the U.N., For countries to sign on to, and many did. This was an international agreement. It would be nice if people would do some research before asking questions on subjects that they know nothing about. Everyone should want clean air, & water, and getting many around the world to agree, is a good thing.

Of course not. Where do you think that money actually goes to?  Follow the money.
