Can you open a US bank account as a US citizen overseas without having to be physically present in the US & with no verified US address? ?

Can you use your own address overseas? Can you use your nephew's address in the US?

No, you cannot.  Usually to  OPEN the account, you have to appear in person and verify you  are who you say you are and sign papers, in person.

No, you need a physical mailing address in the least. Bank Law. Move 10 grand and you get reported to the IRS.
