What is the chance of getting HIV from sex worker from having condom broke ?

I had sex with middle aged sex worker(she is around 40 I think). During intercourse, condom broke. I didn't hear the sound during the breakage but the sex felt  different than I pulled out immediately. It was broken. Now I am worried if I have catched HIV, I am not much worried about std's because they can be cured, but worried about HIV. I feel regret having aex with sex worker

 Also do I also have chance of getting her pregnant. I don't want to pregnant someone. I didn't ejaculated inside her but precum might got inside her
