The two don't have anything to do with each other.

I like how a comedian put it one time - it's illegal for guy to pay a woman for sex in America, UNLESS you film it.

Prostitution itself is not illegal but soliciting on the street and not paying taxes is. If a prostitute works from a registered office and files a tax return she is called a sex therapist

  • Its is legal in Nevada. But it should be legal everywhere, so that we may nut without expensive relationships, getting in the way.

Those two things have nothing to do with each other but prostitution should be legal. Consenting adults should be able to sell their bodies if they want and legalizing it makes it safer.

They Don't legalize that because there's no proper way to tax it.

they illegalized it because religious people forced their religious views on people that didn't follow them against their will through the vote

That's two entirely separate, different matters, numbnuts.

Its a good idea as long as it is regulated and steps are made to prevent pimps and human trafficking features of the past.

But same sex marriage and prostitution are two completely different subjects. Comparing same sex marriage to prostitution is the same as comparing heterosexual marriage to it too.

LGBTQ marriage is between consenting adults. Prostitution almost never is. Overwhelmingly, a prostitute isn't a consenting adult but is being coerced, is being human trafficked. To legalize prostitution would be de facto legalizing human trafficking, ridding ourselves of one of our chief means of combatting human trafficking. That's why.
