What does hr mean by this ? How do I respond ? ?

And most importantly can I cover the days I missed or not I am confused but feel stupid asking. I missed 4 days I believe. This is what the email said “

You can use sick time to cover any of the days missed – and based on your time off bank, you have 3 days to be able to cover with sick time. You can plan vacation in advance – but it doesn’t look like you have too much at this time. “

    You can cover three of them with sick time.  You can't cover all 4 of them, because you don't have that much sick time.

    Take 3 sick days and 1 day of vacation.  HR isn't known for having the brightest employees.
