    Right.  And they are going to care about what you had for dinner last week too.

    Banks and other businesses that deal with things of higher value that could be stolen often heavily vet potential employees for financial issues. Financial issues can be a motivation to steal.  Significant issues that may show up on a credit report during the final hiring process can stop employers from hiring someone.

    Personal responsibility can be a predictor of job responsibility.

    Financial problems can lead to theft too.
