Heating element in Air Con unit is broken?
The element is now fixed, it was a fuse inside, the guy said its because of dust build up

first, you test the electric supply, starting at the breaker box. test voltage delivered there, then at the service shutoff [which may or may not be a breaker itself], and then inside the unit. if this isn't for you -- find a handyman to do it. Some of the time the problem isn't the element, but the relay that turns it on. some of the time, the problem is the board that tells the relay to turn on. some of the time, the problem is the wiring back from the outside unit to the furnace. sometimes, the problem is the wiring from the thermostat to the outside. sometimes, it is the thermostat. [the actual element can be tested for resistance when power is off ... infinite means it likely is dead.] as to replacing the element -- see youtube for your brand and model. -- grampa

Heating element? So electrical backup, easy enough to replace them if they are actuly the issue.
