Pornhub removed most videos, so in the future will the same happen to YouTube?

Apparently they hadn't been screening the content of everyone who was posting the videos very well.

So in an abundance of caution, they removed everything unless it was posted by their trusted partners.

PornHub has been facing recent accusations of child pornography and/or non-compliance with 18 USC 2257. If YouTube removes most videos, it won't be for the same reason.

Change is constant.  Websites constantly update their content, removing the old and adding the new.
